Motshereganyi Sefanyetso has been involved in public education since
secondary school days as an actor in the school drama group. For two
years he won the prize of best actor and was an regular member of Joint
Production for Reetsanang which then was an Association of Community Drama
Groups. Motshereganyi Sefanyetso initiated The Maitisong Festival outdoor
shows which attracted and audience of more than 20 000 people over two
weekends and has successfully coordinated the shows for more than 10 years.
After completing BA at University Of Botswana Motshereganyi Sefanyetso was
employed at OP Design to head the Roadshows Department. Op Design was commissioned
to do a roadshow for Vista a new cellphone company. His duties included hiring
a crew, training it, booking venues, running shows, supervising sales, live
reporting on RB2 about promotion on each day of the show and writing reports
for the show. At the end of the show after eight months the crew had done 180
performances and is responsible for more than 150 0000 Vista Connections then.
Motshereganyi Sefanyetso also coordinated the Ke Nako Aids Roadshow. The show was
collaboration between Ministry of Health, National Aids Coordinating Agency and
United Nations Development Programme. This was an HIV-AIDS roadshow which had three
different plays, theme songs, motivational speeches etc. Mr Sefanyetso trained the
crew, coordinated the roadshow and was in Charge of all logistics. At the end of
the show the crew had done over 250 performances.
